I am obsess with this Isabel Marant Willow sneakers, I was eyeing them already since last season. But I am not sure about the price tag. So i waited, but...geeeeeeee...I did regret it so badly!!! I finally made up my mind and went to the store in Soho yesterday trying to get them. The result is...I have to be on the waiting list for this baby!!! There are 20 more people before me are waiting for this baby as well. Damn...

Celine sunglasses, Zara sheer shirt, H&M cropped sweater, vintage necklace, vintage Coach bag, Coach gloves, Zara navajo print pants, multi buckle boots from Seoul.

I spotted these pants in Zara a few weeks back and had a little heart attack over how amazing this print was, and it seemed like every single blogger has it at the moment.

And I finally put my hands on one myself as well. It's so perfect! I prefer to let the print do the talking instead of pairing it up with other prints, but again...You never know, maybe one day I wake up and snap it with something crazy. What do you guys think? Simple or complicated mix of prints??? ;p

This looks like attaching crochet/lace on the coat then add beads on top of it. This might took a lot of time to accomplish, but it looks amazing though!!!

Adding rhinestones/crystals to a cocoon coat is another amazing detail to tried on your already existing coat!

This is a super easy DIY's. Take a tight jersey mini, open up the side seam, prepare two sleeves from a regular long-sleeve french terry/jersey top, then line up to the side seam of the skirt and sew them together. Super easy, I am going to look into my closet and see if I have these two items available to do this DIY. If I do, I'll show you guys later what I do.. ;)

I love finding these type of furry outerwear at vintage shops and sample sales. They keep me so warm and they are so easy to throw on! I Wore this to go X'mas shopping at barneys with the boy, we don't really need to shop for anyone but each others.

We are so boring!!! There are no surprises in our household, we don't want to risk buying things that might not be useful or likable for each other. So we pick things (means presents) out together... Such a booooooo way to do, but it's more of a realistic thing to do for us I guess...

Went to "H&M x Dragon Tattoo Collection" pop-up shop and got these 2 pieces, I went after work around 9.00 PM. So all the small sizes were gone, only manage to get my hands on these. I was thinking to get that leather biker jacket as well, but it's $199.00. I just couldn't drop that kind of $$$ for something that's 98% poly. It look rad though, but..a bit too much for me. So sorry for my absence, so much had happened this past month and half, 2 months. First, I moved to a new apartment. It took me almost a whole month to pack a 2 bedrooms and 2 baths all by myself, moving stuffs around so it's not in my way is not an easy thing. Moving is just such a pain in the ass to deal with, and unexpectedly..I got a job while I was moving! That didn't help either. It took me a while to get used to this new job and everything else around it. New job, new environment, new boss, new co-workers, new neighborhood, new everything!!! I have been battling with this change quite a lot and a busy schedule at work as well. Felt so exhausted all the time!! I've also been disconnected from the online world for a week or so because of the moving packing and unpacking, definitely an special experience for an addict like me who can’t go 5 minutes without looking at my computer.

Anyways, it's almost Thanksgiving! I wanted to send my warm thoughts to all of you.
Thanksgiving is the best time of year to remember, thank and show appreciation for special people like you…

OMGOMGOMG!!! I can't believe Kate Lanphear was sitting right in front of me!!!!! I LOVE her!!

Nicole Miller's Spring/Summer 2012 show burst onto the runway with a blast of colors and prints! The show was called Fast Forward Rewind, and it had a bit of the past in the 1980s styles on board and some 1990's looks too. According to the show notes “the speed of wheels in motion..the velocity of a bicycle racing towards the goal" was the designer's inspiration. The whole collection reminded me of rainbow. She uses the rainbow range of color so brilliantly with its cut, patchwork and mixed the prints with the stripe. It's so young, fresh and playful. I love pretty much everything about it and I can really see myself buying from this new Spring / Summer collection!

We celebrated the 3rd Fashion's Night Out on Thursday. "The city of Soho was insane!!! It's like a crazy town, it's like a zoo. We literally got so overwhelm by the city because of all the people that came out! It was unpleasant in certain spots, there were long lines everywhere to get into stores, lots of people drinking with plastic cups strewn on the ground, it almost felt like a festival or some street fair. It's not about fashion and shopping anymore. It gets more insane year after year. It's overwhelming!!

Shark attack

I wore this outfit last weekend to meet some friends in Brooklyn heights, the weather was beautiful when I left so I drove my motorcycle to enjoy the nice weather. God knows what, by 7.00PM we started to notice that the sky turned to dark grey in almost no time; so the moment we noticed that, we decided to leave right away. We drove so fast on the highway to try to avoid the bad weather, while we were almost home, I mean we can see our apartment while we were waiting for the lights. Then the rain came like a crazy storm. From the traffic light to the apartment would take less than 3 mins literally. But the rain was so insane, we got home drenched!!! We were soaked! But we were both laughing so badly, it was funny we were racing with the weather. That made the whole soaking experience felt not too upsetting. ;P

I wore this outfit out for a business meeting and about town yesterday . This asymmetric knit top that I bought from my friend's store in Taiwan is probably one of my most favorite things in my closet. I love the shorter back, the uneven sides, and the double armholes variation of it. I wore one arm regularly, and the other arm through the other hole as a vest. It's a fun piece to have.

These babies are my absolute favorite shoes at the moment!!! Unfortunately they come with a big price tag as well, $1275 is nearly not affordable. I would LOVE to take them home in a heart beat. They are available in different colours and skins, but blacks are my absolute favorite. They are amazing! ♥

I picked up this vintage scallop hem lace blazer from my mom's closet during my last trip back home. It's probably one of my most favorite lace item in my closet. I wore this outfit out for some apartment hunting yesterday.

Love the heart details on the buttons, it's so cute!

We've been doing apartment hunting for a while now, it's absolutely impossible to find anything nice without a huge price tag comes with it in New York City. So when I saw this 'm-house', a three-storey house in a busy neighbourhood of tokyo, japan by takeshi hirobe architects. I couldn't stop myself to daydream about it. It is absolute perfection with the colors, structures, transparent rooms, and the spiral stairwell is topped with a roof light which allows to double-function as a lightwell. Incredible, no?

Oh...and I don't know why and since when that I love space without doors!!! Is it a weird thing to love?! ;P

Hot Air Balloon Festival 2011

Travel diary: Provincetown

Here are some diary pictures from my last trip to Provincetown MA a few days ago. It's so pretty there, it reminds me of St. John where we went last year for our friends' wedding. This was just as beautiful. There was one thing happened that I was sad about though. I missed the deadline for a UK magazine feature!!!!! I can't get back in time to send them the high resolution pictures. It's really sucks!!!! So disappointed about it, why things always have to happen this way?! ;("

A group of whales got so close to us. We saw 5 of them together at once.

We saw the whale breaching so many time during this trip, it's amazing to see. Definitely first time for me.

I've had way too much food for the trip. I can kind of notice that my waistband from my pants fit a little bit different then before now. I think I need to watch out from all the luscious food!!!

My favorite days are when I feel comfortable and chic, so I'm really loving my easy summer separates. I made this lace chambray shirt a while back and I've only worn it a few times, then my sister stole it away from me. I finally got it back now, it's time to take it out for a spin in this humid summer day. We didn't get enough time to go in to the Intrepid (I should feel ashamed that I've lived in NY for seven years, but I've never been inside the Intrepid, shouldn't I? ;P), so we spent the afternoon hanging around the park and the pier. Not my ideal Sunday though, but it's ideal for the boys so I shall follow I guess?! My family and I are leaving for Provincetown MA tomorrow morning for a little trip and I'm so excited! Expect s lot of fun vacation photos soon! ;)

Prada inspired porcelain print suits

I found this vintage Roman tile print dress a few week back in my favorite shopping spot Beacon's closet, unfortunately it was all ripped and tore by the time I found it. But I love this tile print so much, so I decided to get it anyway. I reused the fabric and re-constructed it into a suits. The prints reminded me of the European tiles. I remember the first time when I saw this collection from Prada gave me the same impression. Then I saw this at Jak and Jil, and I loved this look a lot, so I want my own. ;)

Soon after weeks of rain, lastly we finally get a dry weekend, so it really is about time to head out and take some snaps of some beautiful footwear! Walking like a total chic fashionista with these posh pump heels in the city. These beautiful babies will make you really feel like a supermodel walking on a runway.

When a woman has a nice pair of shoes on, she has power. She feels strong and confident. Shoe does make huge differences in women, right? I love my new babies, I am already thinking what else I am going to wear it with. ;P

Besides getting these babies, the week actually wasn't the best. Um...maybe I should say, it's really bad. Nothing worked out right. I bought something from ebay like almost 2 months ago, and after a month of waiting. I contact the seller that I did not receive my package, then the seller told me that the tracking number showed the package was delivered. So I called the post office and they told me that I should contact the seller and ask the seller to file a claim towards the post office. But the seller refuse of course, because she didn't send the package out insured and no signature require. So she told me that she provide the tracking number and it's delivered, what more can she do? She said I should contact ebay and paypal to file a dispute, back and forward for almost 2 months. Today I finally got the answer from ebay and paypal. They told me because the seller provide the tracking number and it shows the package was delivered. Therefore, there is nothing they can do, I can not get my refund. I thought this is really fuck up!!! WTF!!! I bought a stuff that I paid for, I even paid for the shipping. But because the douchebag seller didn't send it out with insurance or signature require. So it's my fault?!?!?! Seriously??? That's really F#*@ up!!!! Then Ebay and paypal closed the case just like that. I was so pissed!!! So I called both ebay and paypal to file the complain again. But they told me there is nothing else they can do, the only thing I can try now is go to ic3.gov to file complains to the internet crime complaint center. So this means basically I lost my money and not getting anything unless I take it to a whole different level to fight for it... In the end, I don't even know if it's worth it anymore...

I couldn't hear myself think, it was so loud, people were crying, jumping up and down and screaming. Everyone was smiling. It's so exciting, it was unbelievable!!!

This MMM's fringe shirt should be super duper easy for DIY!!! Just take a fringe trim and mark No. 1 on the over-sized T-shirt, then sew it on! Easy breezy!

Some more great pieces for DIY! Doesn't necessary to make the whole thing, I was thinking more like taking an already exist piece of clothing and transform/experiment on them.

Blogger Preview-Rebecca Minkoff 2011 Resort

I was invited to Rebecca Minkoff Resort 2011 private blogger preview event last week. There are so many crazy amazing pieces that I'd love to own from bags to shoes to clothes! It's just beautiful, she kept her signature elements and designs to this resort collection, but use lots of different texture leather to create a more exotic classic elegant look to this new resort collection. The inspiration for the resort collection was coming from 1970's St. Tropez, France, and the print is aspiring after sunlight through broken pieces of glass, an array of striking colors emerging, and those color of azure, turquoise, sunset and persimmon are just marvelous.

Vespa life

I got it! I got my summer ride to cruise around town. It's so easy and so much fun to have this baby. I no longer need to get stock in the house, and am able to go wherever I wanted to go without going through the NYC subway hassles! YES!

After the rain in a Saturday evening, we took the Vespa out for a spin and went to the waterfront expecting to see beautiful sunset, but it didn't happen. It didn't clear up, still very gloomy.

I like how the square front light gives a vintage look to my new S150, but with very modern bodice at the same time. Well designed! I got my first ticket already within the first two weeks. ;( Sucks!!!

I got this bag a couple year ago, but I've never really carry and forget about it already. The other day when I was trying to clean up my mess in my closet, I then found so many things that I've forgotten for so long. ;P Kind of a nice surprise, isn't it?!?! ;)

This mint color vintage jacquard vest is a difficult piece to pair with others, the color and the pattern combination is very unusual. Like an old couch/pillow with fresh mint color, I rarely can find something to go with it, but I love it!

Sorry for the lack of post recently. So I finally get back from Vegas, I guess Vegas is nothing really for me. Oh well..At least NOT for 9 freaking days!!! It's WAyyyyyY too long!!! The first couple days were lots of fun. Went to the stripe to see all those over the top crazy amazing hotels/ buildings, went in and out one building after another with different vibe sand themes. For a first timer, it's a little bit overwhelm the first couple days. But after 3~4 days, it just gets too much and very expensive! Too much drinks, gambling, exclusive restaurant.. All the same things, over and over! There are so many people on the stripe handing out those "Hooker business cards", and it's legal?! Everything seems really unreal to me, after 9 days it's about time to get back to the real world before I lose myself. ;P

StyleFixx Premier Shopping Events packs in Metropolitan Pavilion with all kinds of fashions, jewels, makeup, leather, wine and samples galore. Some tables were pricey, but there were great deals as well. I have to say it's a little bit crowded around 6:30, but it's a great place to find that unique pair of shoes or necklace for a friend, and one for yourself of course. ;p

It's still pretty quiet around 5.30 pm.

I am grateful to be chosen to represent NYC! They went to three major cities (LA, NYC, and Miami) to shoot this new online series. It's about how I mix and “fuze” different styles together. This has been an especially rainy spring in new york. I've been lazy to put on proper camera ready outfits for the longest time, since the rain just would not stop for the past whole week. Gray weather made me depress and unoccupied, doesn't feel for any actions at all! Today we finally catch a bit of sun seeps out from behind the clouds, and we can't wait to get out to get some fresh air. ;)

Something that has really caught my attention this season is colour blocking. It is one of the hottest for the season, definitely back with a big bang. Here I try to attempt the trend and give my two cents on it. I normally don't wear color that often, but the color blocking trend looks so amazing so I hope I pull this trend off well here. :)

My biggest problem in real life has been to connect with people. Not everyone wants the same things in life as me: a career, a motorcycle, and someone to talk and listen. I've never been the type of girl to say, "Let's have a slumber party!" or any of those things that girls like to do. My hubby and friends tell me that I think too much. But wait, I don't express myself. I don't even say anything, how do they know?! I feel like I'm always trying to prove to other people, to pursue something that I don't even know if it even exist?!

The weather has actually stayed pretty nasty in new york (it's slowly warming up slightly, but those famed April showers are in full effect!). I can't wait for the warm weather to come! Miami trip comes just at the right time!!! This is how I would like to look for my upcoming trip to Miami!!! Love the interior, it's really cozy and engaging.

I ordered "That lil' Piggy"-Roast pork, pâté, fried egg, spicy coleslaw on a roll, and I LOVED it!

We went on Friday for brunch, not too crowded.

On our way to PEELS, we discover this Cafe'/restaurant that we'd love to try one day. It seems really nice. Love the feeling of it!!

Another amazing art/ architecture that we discovered that day!!! New York always gives me unexpected surprises!!! I love this city!

This "obesity and speed" with cutout circle side detail shorts are definitely another great item for DIY just like the one jersey top from this post. Another easy DIY that we can do by ourselves!!! Just take one whatever jeans shorts then cut two holes on the side then studded it!!! How easy was that?!?! :)))
